As a Machine Operator at Seal & Design, you will be responsible for fabricating products in accordance with job specifications while focusing on enhancing processes, ensuring quality, and achieving or surpassing productivity and efficiency benchmarks.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating machinery in compliance with company protocols.
- Conducting initial and ongoing inspections of products during the manufacturing process.
- Cross-training and providing support in various departments as necessary to fulfill production requirements.
- Effectively utilizing multiple software applications throughout your shift.
- Interpreting job instructions with precision.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in using measurement tools accurately, strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
