Job Summary

This is a premium pay position for RN Clinical Nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care on weekends. As a member of our skilled nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients across the continuum, utilizing evidence-based practice and inter-professional collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assess the physical condition and nursing needs of patients, developing personalized plans of care in collaboration with the patient and inter-professional team.
  • You will demonstrate clinical expertise in the provision of care, identifying ways to improve patient experience, streamline care processes, and lower costs.
  • You will provide consultation and maintain positive relationships with physicians and other inter-professional team members, anticipating and proactively managing risk to prevent crises.
Qualifications
  • Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and frequent exposure to sharp objects and instruments
Work Environment
