Job Summary
Come and take on a challenging role as a Corporate Governance Specialist at Michael Page. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing internal corporate governance programs and processes. This includes managing corporate policies, filings, intellectual property, insurance policies, legal service strategies, and other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage corporate books, records, and filings.
- Maintain the intellectual property roster and oversee trademark applications.
- Act as a liaison between insurance brokers and management.
- Monitor legal service process strategies and ongoing litigation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate governance.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative and effective in team settings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
