Corporate Governance Paralegal Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Paralegal to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate policies, filings, intellectual property, insurance policies, and legal service strategies. You will also oversee corporate governance programs and processes, ensuring compliance and providing pragmatic legal and business solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage corporate books, records, and filings.
- Maintain the intellectual property roster and oversee trademark applications.
- Act as a liaison between insurance brokers and management.
- Monitor legal service process strategies and ongoing litigation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate governance.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative and effective in team settings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
