Role Summary

The Program Coordinator plays a vital role within a dynamic team, managing various client-specific processes throughout the contingent worker lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This position is also responsible for providing initial customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers at every stage of the contract labor acquisition process, including interview coordination, onboarding, assignment management, time and expense oversight, and offboarding.

• Record all client-reported issues and monitor their resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

• Update and maintain worker assignments to reflect necessary changes.

• Communicate consistently with clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other stakeholders through meetings, emails, and phone calls.

• Conduct research and analysis to address inquiries from clients or suppliers as required.

• Provide regular program status updates to leadership as needed.

• Monitor performance against contractual service level agreements (SLAs), including assignment end dates, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking.

• Engage with vendors to ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork, facilitating on-time contractor assignments.

• Excellent customer service capabilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• 0-2 years of experience in staffing and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Advanced skills in MS Office and related tools.
