Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care
