KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engages in the annual Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing.
- Compiles government surveys and necessary questionnaires.
- Generates financial data for internal and regulatory reporting.
- Supports the collection of annual income tax information.
- Contributes to corporate costing initiatives as instructed.
- Aids in the consolidation of corporate payroll tax submissions.
- Organizes corporate documentation and gathers historical records.
- Completes designated special projects and reports findings to management.
- Participates in the month-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet account reconciliation.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel; exhibits strong attention to detail. Previous experience with SAP, AS400, and/or JD Edwards is advantageous.
