Job Summary

The Ultimate Auto Wash Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and friendly experience for our guests. This role involves addressing customer questions, facilitating efficient vehicle processing, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization at the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers
  • Facilitate efficient vehicle processing by following established procedures
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the facility
  • Report any safety hazards and assist with providing a safe work environment
  • Perform vehicle detailing services as trained and directed

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a sufficient level
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate a computer and perform minor repairs and maintenance on car wash equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Training and Development:

The candidate will be trained in how to perform every function of the car wash, including efficiently and safely guiding vehicles through the car wash, maintaining and repairing car wash equipment, and performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipment.
