Automotive Finance Director

• Provide exceptional customer service and offer tailored financing and insurance options to customers.
• Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations, and income, as well as per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages, in accordance with company standards.
• Establish and meet monthly objectives through forecasting and collaboration with the sales department.
• Ensure timely submission of paperwork to finance sources and finalize all necessary paperwork for car deals.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow in accordance with company Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelines.

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a preference for high-quality and technical expertise.
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I department, selling financial services, or auto sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to provide references upon request.
