About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sustainability Initiatives to join our team at Hoxton Circle. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Environmental, Social and Governance efforts and developing strategies to improve our company's sustainability and social responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in ESG work. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our company's sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Manage ESG reporting and disclosures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Partner with various brands to create new platforms and coordinate trainings and data collection.

We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 per year, which reflects the importance we place on this role. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
