We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join our team at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. As a key member of our Obstetrics and Gynecology department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.
Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound tests to detect anomalies, heart scans, and anatomy scans
- Collaborate with Ob/Gyn faculty for consultations on scans and results
- Adhere to the standards set by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM)
- Provide quality patient care to women of all ages
- Associates Degree in Ultrasound Technology or Graduate of Accredited Sonography Program
- Current American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS Registry) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI Registry)
- BLS Accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC)
- Nuchal Translucency (NT) Certification
- Two (2) years' experience in ultrasound preferred
