Job Title: Electrical Assembler I+

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler I+ to join our team at Karman Space & Defense. As an Electrical Assembler I+, you will be responsible for fabricating wire harnesses, potting and encapsulating connectors and electronics, and assembling and testing mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate wire harnesses using wire splicing, crimping, and Molex connector installation
  • Pot and encapsulate connectors and electronics
  • Assemble and test mechanical systems using standard electronic test equipment
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues under limited supervision
  • Observe and report potentially unsafe conditions
Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools
  • Typically 1-2+ years of related experience in a technical and/or assembly environment
  • Familiarity with operating standard electronic test equipment
