Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Administer oxygen therapy and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • State certification or registration as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in respiratory care
