About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our US Commercial Risk team as an Associate Account Executive. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in the risk industry and work with top leaders in the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to Account Executives and manage a small book of business, working with AEs on larger and more complex accounts.
  • Support Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and coordinating client-facing and internal activities.
  • Manage the renewal process and other strategic functions related to DAU/Client Promise/SAR meetings.
  • Demonstrate your skills by implementing activities such as confirmation of new and renewal policies, recording of policy receipts and deliveries, verification of endorsements, collection and review of audits and dividends, and order corrections.
  • Spruce up your skills by becoming a specialist on moderately to highly sophisticated accounts.
  • Pick up knowledge of market and relationship management while flexing your negotiation skills by crafting fee proposals and agreements.
  • Collect and analyze data and drafts, including assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports, and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.
  • Climb to an Account Executive role and be responsible for a book of business (less sophisticated accounts), up to $1M in revenue with 10% annual growth projection.

Requirements
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
  • Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Minimum 3 years Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $88,900 annually, with the actual salary varying based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
