Job Description:

  • This position has the potential to go permanent.
  • The Marketing Technology and Automation Specialist position is a part of the Marketing Insights and Customer Engagement Team.
  • This role is responsible for consulting, designing, and automating sophisticated multi-step and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating across the entire marketing organization, the Marketing Technology and Automation Specialist will influence the execution of seamlessly-coordinated marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
  • This position will be a vital component of Ustech Solutions' ability to connect marketing plans to investments, planning for revenue impact and measurement against actual results to determine future marketing and campaign optimization.
  • This position will be a power-user of our email marketing platform, responsible for the testing, execution, maintenance, and reporting of automated online marketing campaigns.
  • This position will play a vital role with campaign planning by providing counsel to the marketing team, recommending automation and channel integration best-practices, distilling insights regarding which current digital tactics are achieving defined goals, and by analyzing customer behavior trends for opportunities to adjust communication and/or interaction strategies for increased success from future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and execution of daily email campaign sends.
  • Provide guidance and best-practices for email marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing managers in developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Champion digital growth and campaign automation innovation.
  • Interpret campaign and channel data to identify trends and enhance future campaigns.
  • Oversee testing strategies to ensure channel integration and optimization.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar across channels, ensuring campaigns are coordinated and managing frequency caps.
  • Provide guidance to marketing managers to help them manage multi-channel campaigns throughout their lifecycles and recommend in-flight campaigns changes when appropriate.
  • Ensure campaigns and associated channels are effectively used to maximize opportunities to drive marketing success and bottom-line growth.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on email marketing best-practices, deliverability, and campaign results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of email marketing programs and campaigns.
