Dealership Lot Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Porter to join our team at Diplomat Motors. As an Automotive Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of our dealership, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive vehicles safely and efficiently as directed by dealership staff in the showroom or service area.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot, service drive, and other car porter areas.
• Complete all tasks delegated by the service advisor, including driving vehicles from service stalls, fielding customer requests, cleaning cars, keeping track of key tags, and following dealership display standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills necessary.
