We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our Market Operations team at Carvana. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
  • Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
  • Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, and drivability tests
  • Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
  • Interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of the business
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Must have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years or DUI
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
  • Requires standing for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
  • Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
