Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Lucy's Cleaning Service Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain building floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean and well-stocked, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Clean ceiling vents and wash windows to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Dust and sanitize all surface areas, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Dispose of trash and waste materials in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Monitor and report any safety equipment maintenance issues to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
