  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate
  • Reconcile all service requests daily

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in service industry operations and/or scheduling
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with tact and cooperation
  • Basic project accounting or costing principles desired
