Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate product placement and display materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and expediting product delivery as needed.
  • Perform sales support functions, including the use of point-of-sale marketing materials and oversight of shelf space.
  • Reset alcoholic beverages at the store level, adhering to authorized plans and schematics.
  • Stay up-to-date on business and market conditions, recognizing new opportunities and maintaining accurate territory records.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a merchandising or sales role.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
