We're passionate about creating a world where cycling is a part of everyday life. As a Retail Sales Associate - Visual Merchandising Specialist at Trek Bikes, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this mission.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and empowered to take on their next cycling adventure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience
  • Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year
  • Learning about bikes, components, apparel, and technology
  • Using our Guide Sales Process to provide customers with incredible hospitality
  • Maintaining all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards
  • Prepping customer bikes for service by our Service or Production Technicians
