Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Lead Baker to join our team at Guest Services. As a key member of our hospitality management company, you will be responsible for leading our bakery operations and ensuring the highest quality of service to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities: As a Lead Baker, you will be responsible for:

• Leading our bakery operations to ensure efficient and effective production of high-quality baked goods
• Managing a team of bakers to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Collaborating with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
