Lead Baker

Guest Services is seeking a skilled Lead Baker to join our team at Florida Southern. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for leading our bakery operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

• Lead and manage the bakery team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet guest demands
• Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in a bakery or food service management role
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
