Competitive Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive benefits such as comprehensive training, continuing education opportunities, and career advancement possibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and potential nursing diagnoses.

As a Registered Nurse with Maxim, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state where you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
