Job Title: Primary Therapist Specialist

The Blanchard Institute seeks a qualified Primary Therapist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

About the Role:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and treatment goals.
  • Conduct family therapy sessions as needed to support clients in their recovery and improve family dynamics.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress and changing needs.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state where the program operates.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within a PHP or IOP environment.

Compensation: The salary for this role is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
