About Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a Patient Care Technician, you will provide direct bedside care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned nursing procedures for the comfort and well-being of the patient
- Maintain appropriate documentation on all assigned patients, including flow sheets
- Assist physicians with examinations and tests as needed
- Provide respiratory services and rehabilitation services as required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One of the following is required: PCT or related certification, Certified nursing assistant (CNA), EMT
- Minimum of 2 years nursing assistant, PCT or healthcare experience required
- AHA BLS required
