About the Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Engineering Graduate to join our team at IMI Critical Engineering. As a Production Engineering Graduate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing process improvement activities that support Operations' multi-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support process improvement actions with environmental, health, and safety efforts in support of plant goals.
  • Utilize technical skills to implement actions to improve products and process to increase quality, customer responsiveness, or operational efficiencies.
  • Be a liaison between functional areas on projects that have a multi-organization or business unit scope.
  • Assist in the identification and removal of barriers to successful project completion.
  • Provide management with project status updates and feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a business discipline (i.e., Business Administration, Operations, MBA), or in Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Process Engineering).
  • A fresh, innovative approach.
  • Open to new and varied experiences.
  • Excellent organization with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Positive approach and drive to develop.
  • Must be a US Citizen or a permanent resident.
