Electronics Engineer Job Description

We are Motivo Engineering LLC, a project-based electronics company developing complex products for various industry verticals. We're seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team.

As an engineer on our team, you will be responsible for generating schematics, supporting printed circuit board layouts, building/testing first articles, and providing documentation for production release. You will see your designs come to life and be part of every step along the product development arc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client specification and requirement generation
  • Experience with schematic capture (OrCAD)
  • PCB layout support experience
  • Comfort with digital and analog circuits using embedded microcontrollers
  • Experience with C programming language
  • Hardware troubleshooting and firmware development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in EE/EL
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DVMs, and emulators
  • 3+ years of professional engineering experience
  • US Citizenship required

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Annual Profit Sharing Estimate: $12,000 - $16,500

Salary is dependent on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
