About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Henry Brown Buick GMC as an Automotive Claim Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting warranty claims to General Motors for payment.

In this role, you will work closely with our dealership's management team to ensure that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently, resulting in timely payments for warranty work performed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as previous experience in GM warranty administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit warranty claims according to processes and guidelines established by General Motors and Henry Brown Buick GMC.
  • Track claims and make necessary corrections to resubmit rejected claims to ensure payment.

Requirements:

  • Previous GM warranty administration experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Strong computer skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
