Housekeeper/Recamarera

As a Housekeeper/Recamarera at Courtyard Los Angeles Pasadena/Monrovia, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. This includes daily servicing of guest rooms, stocking carts with supplies, and replenishing guest room amenities while following company standards and safety procedures.

• Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
• Cart Preparation: Prepare carts with necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and amenities, to ensure efficient room servicing.
• Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms, including tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, and touching up paint or furniture as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other housekeeping staff and hotel team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
• Adherence to Standards: Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to company dress code and safety procedures.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent, with preference for experience in hotel or related field.
• Communication: Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, and convey information clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, and work well in stressful situations.

• Competitive Pay: Starting rate of $15.50/Hr, with opportunities for advancement and increased compensation.
