Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Recamarera to join our team at Courtyard Los Angeles Pasadena/Monrovia. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing supplies, and removing trash and dirty linen.
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including setting up housekeeping carts and preparing cleaning supplies.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.
  • Perform other tasks and jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
