Your Responsibilities:
• Supervise and implement the company’s construction program, ensuring compliance with construction standards at each job site.
• Be available for emergency call-outs as required.
• Represent the company while interfacing with clients, developers, property owners, utilities, and local authorities.
• Coordinate and lead teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure timely completion of construction schedules and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Familiarity with industry standards, practices, and regulations related to the construction of fiber optic and copper cable facilities.
• Knowledge of both aerial and underground construction techniques and engineering requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends.
