Job Summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to oversee the implementation of our construction program. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that each job site adheres to our construction rules, practices, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program
• Represent the company and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities
• Coordinate, lead, and provide assistance to crews, subcontractors, and other interested parties
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time and all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry
• Working knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, practices, and regulations
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Ability to work in a solo and team environment, travel, and work extended hours
