You will be responsible for the creation, execution, and oversight of EHS programs that adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. This encompasses ensuring our operations align with the standards established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), and OSHA. Additionally, you will prepare and submit compliance reports to pertinent agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement EHS programs in compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to EHS standards.
3. Prepare and submit compliance documentation to the EPA, DOT, OSHA, and other relevant authorities.
4. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:

- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including those set by the EPA, DOT, and OSHA.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing EHS programs.
- Strong capability to prepare and submit compliance reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential EHS issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and guide staff on EHS matters.
- Preferred certifications in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Professional, or related fields.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of safety within an organization.
