Overview: The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in achieving the establishment's objectives regarding customer satisfaction and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures customers receive their complete and accurate orders within the designated service time, adhering to company standards.
  • Prepares and guarantees the delivery of consistent, high-quality food products to patrons.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Organizes and cleans work areas to uphold the restaurant's image standards.
  • Manages cash handling duties and ensures adherence to safety and security protocols.
  • Guides and provides constructive feedback to Team Members, ensuring their tasks are completed to standard.
  • Accurately completes all necessary paperwork and follows procedures for restaurant opening and closing.
  • Fulfills assignments as directed by the Area Supervisor or Owner.
Scope of Work: The Assistant Restaurant Manager receives guidance and training from upper management and inspires Team Members to perform efficiently. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting sales growth, and resolving operational challenges.

Job Requirements: Candidates must have prior experience in customer service, be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be reliable and diligent, be able to work flexible hours, hold a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the United States.
