Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Core Medical-Perm. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of nursing experience
  • Current RN licensure
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
