As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Body shop team, developing business strategies, and ensuring the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Body shop team to maximize the repair process for our customers.
  • Develop a business plan and strategy for our market, leveraging our dealership's strengths in Service, Parts, Body, and Trailers & Sales.
  • Supervise all body shop activities, managing quality, production, gross profit, and expense, customer satisfaction, employee relations, training, and insurance company interface.
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for our key Fleet customers.
  • Maximize the flow of repair orders within the Body Shop department and work closely with our Parts department to ensure timely and efficient results.
  • Communicate across all departments to identify customer opportunities and provide solutions.
  • Lead by example, embracing our Elite Support principles and our company's commitment to Safety.
  • Report to the General Manager on progress and issues.
  • Ensure technicians are properly trained and certifications are maintained.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
