Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements.
  • Project Management: Support the project management of cross-functional products to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communication: Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.
  • Scrum Process: Support and share best practices regarding delivery team Scrum processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Administrative Operations: Support day-to-day administrative operations as assigned by the VP of Product and Engineering.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of priorities on various projects and tasks.
  • Data Analysis: Have a data-driven approach to running Jira reports for effective collaboration within teams and the leadership.
  • Training and Education: Act as a partner for training and educating teams on new and existing processes, assist them in following processes through detailed documentation and open communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in IT support or related roles in a startup or SaaS company.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Ubuntu), and network protocols. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
