Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks, including Jira administration, upgrades, and customer tickets.
  • Environment Management: Coordinate changes in the environment and ensure smooth operation of systems.
  • Database Management: Support PostgreSQL/Oracle DB upgrades and perform UAT testing.
  • Security and Compliance: Understand and implement security standards and technologies, and mitigate CVE-related vulnerabilities.
  • Customer Onboarding: Conduct customer onboarding projects and provide consultation services.
  • System Maintenance: Perform Jira maintenance tasks and ensure system stability.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Must have working knowledge of Jira, Attlassian tools, and PostgreSQL/Oracle DB.
  • Cloud Experience: Broad experience in cloud offerings, virtualization technologies, and AWS cloud.
  • DevOps Tools: Knowledge of DevOps tool stack, including Artifactory, Jenkins, HAproxy, Coverity, ADO, Confluence, Bitbucket, and PostgreSQL/Oracle DB.
  • Platform Experience: Experience with Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
