Director of Global Security

TransUnion is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Global Security to lead our security and risk management programs across the globe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global security strategy, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, facilities, operations, and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive global security strategy, aligned with TransUnion's business objectives and risk appetite.
- Lead the design and implementation of security programs, including uniformed security officers, investigations, threat management, intelligence, training, case management, and education/awareness programs.
- Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budget for security operations and technologies, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with municipal authorities, local public safety departments, high-level law enforcement, and intelligence and private sector counterparts.
- Develop and implement crisis management and business continuity programs, ensuring the organization's ability to respond to and recover from security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, information security, human resources, and business continuity, to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
- 15+ years of experience as a safety/security leader in government, corporate, or a combination of both.
- Advanced industry knowledge or professionally recognized certifications in security management.
- Specific leadership experience and expertise in crisis management and other resilience business continuity programs.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior, executive leadership, and build stakeholder relationships via strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience building diverse teams and demonstrated focus and execution on enabling diversity in the workplace.
- Eligibility for issuance of a U.S. Government security clearance.
