Seasonal Holiday Shift Team Manager at Wilton Mall

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Holiday Shift Team Manager to join our team at Wilton Mall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example and setting the tone for an exceptional customer experience.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail or hospitality, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to motivate and inspire their team members to deliver outstanding results.
This is a seasonal role, typically running from November to January, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The successful candidate will be expected to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and set the tone for an exceptional customer experience
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales targets
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver outstanding results
- Manage opening and closing duties at assigned venue
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
- Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
- Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
- Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
- Operate POS system and photography equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- All other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
