Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary angiography, angioplasty, and stenting.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide patient education and support to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as cardiovascular technology or diagnostic medical sonography.
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
  • 2+ years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
