Physical Therapist I

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist I to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality physical therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial examinations and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs.
- Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Current New York State Physical Therapy license.
- 0-1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
