We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and air conditioning equipment
  • Install and replace new HVAC systems as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Knowledge of a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with repair and replacement of HVAC systems
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
  • Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
  • NATE Certified
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Possess necessary tools and equipment
