As a Field Operations Coordinator at FutureRecruit, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate various duties for Field Operations and Project Managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors on project files and records, including daily labor reports.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare project reports, graphs, tables, and other information.
  • Manage the Field Labor schedule, ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately.
  • Assist the HR Department in recruiting and interviewing potential field employees.
  • Manage Field Employee New Hire Paperwork and conduct orientation for new field employees.
  • Analyze operating practices, including record keeping systems, forms control, and personnel requirements.
  • Prepare delivery tickets and purchase orders, and transmit completed purchase orders to vendors.
  • Coordinate transportation of materials to job sites.
  • Interpret and communicate operating policies, and exercise administrative judgment when necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities within established deadlines.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Adobe Acrobat.
