BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland, Maryland.


Job Summary:
As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:
• Administer medication and perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Follow up with and execute doctors' orders, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each client's needs and preferences, providing tailored care to meet their unique requirements
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Requirements:
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
