BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care services to our clients in Cumberland, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop effective care plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor clients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Document all interactions, interventions, and evaluations in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
