Job Overview

Position: Forklift Operator

Shift: 3rd shift (11pm-7am) - Compensation: $19/hr

Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift, efficiently transferring products from the production line to freight trucks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Operating propane sit-down lift trucks.
  • Creating labels for each production batch and ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Applying labels and securing pallets.
  • Verifying piece counts against labels for accuracy.
  • Inspecting materials for quality assurance.
  • Removing products from the production line and organizing them in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintaining a clear and efficient production line.
  • Arranging pallets with a 2-4 inch spacing for safety.
  • Utilizing RF scanners for inventory management.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts.
  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
  • Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
