Job Title: Stand up Reach Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

CJ Logistics America is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Stand up Reach Forklift Operator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials within our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to move products and materials within the warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient movement.
  • Load and unload products from trailers, pallets, and containers, using proper lifting and stacking techniques.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock levels and rotation.
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments, including verifying quantities and inspecting products for damage.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid forklift certification and experience operating a stand-up reach forklift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
