Responsibilities and Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Clinic Receptionist at HousePaws Mobile Veterinary Service Morrisville. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in veterinary practice (or human medical practice) is preferred, along with proficiency in computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
